I returned two items from an order. A few days later I checked the status of refund to my surprise the item showed as not picked up. On contacting the customer care which is only available on emails. No one picks up the tele customer care despite 15-20 mins waiting time.
As per ajio I never returned these items, I met the delivery person again a few days later he said the items are lying with them in their office. I asked ajio to check with them but all they have to say is pls provide acknowledgment slip and delivery person phone number. I have none and hence I’ve asked them to check . Despite chasing this issue for over a month they have stopped responding and not refunding the money
