I had returned 2 tops of First Class brand. The delivery boy picked up the items but never updated the app after pick up nor initiated the refund. No acknowledgement receipt was handed over. I have sent several emails to Ajio as well as connected to customer care but no resolution. Now, they have updated status of products to return cancelled without any discussion with me. Ecom express picked up the products. I need full refund for already returned products.
