I have placed the order on Jan 10, 2021 for the amount of Rs 1768/- on AJIO & my order number is FLO[protected]registered m. no. +91 [protected]). The payment has been made via Phone pe but after a month my the order got cancelled by AJIO without initiating the refund. I approached customer care about this issue so many times and also send a written complaint to AJIO and every time they said that we will resolved your issue within 2 working days but every time they resolved and closed my complaint without initiating the refund .
Have approached a couple of times to AJIO customer care in relation to my refund but nothing much happened. My registered complaint id number is COM[protected].
Request to instruct AJIO team to initiate my refund on priority.
