I have ordered an item from AJIO shopping app on 15th July 2021 and received on 21st July 2021 and since the item was not like shown in the picture and so i decided to return that item on the same day i.e., 21st July 2021 and I got a message on 23rd July that return pick up will happen on 23rd itself. And then their automated calls were contacting me saying I hold up the refund and I can’t understand this. If its government restricted area then they are still coming to deliver my another order. But when coming to the return and refund they have many restrictions. Till today i.e. 26 July 2021 nothing had been done to my return request i have written to Ajio customer service through email but i haven’t recieved any reply and the customer service number cannot be called. My order number is FL[ protected] and the return request id is RT4120590. I want my item to be returned. I cannot understand why Ajio customer service is soo bad, very unprofessional to have un callable service and cannot resolve customers issue. I think Ajio shopping site should have more better policy to customers so that the customers have hassle free problems. They should also have a review system in their application so that th customer will be able to know more about product.
