I have ordered an item from AJIO shopping app and when i recieved the item, the item was not as expected so i decided to return the item and my returned item was reject by the delivery boy due to some minor argument and told me to do another return request. I have contacted Ajio customer care many times but i havent recieved any reply…i have called like 10 times and waited 30+mins to answer me but nothing shows up. The customer care is soo bad that it didn’t mean anything. My item order number is FL[protected] and return request id is RT39662042. I want this item to be returned since it was not expected and the box was not the original package. Bad experience with AJIO
