I raised a return request in last week of June 2021 and have been following up since then. The product has not been picked up and after 30 days were over, return request automatically disappeared and product started showing as ‘delivered’ in the app.
I need to return it and need refund.
I have entire email communication and follow up responses which can prove the timelines and my efforts, but no action seen!!

This product was returned and I have the slip provided by the person who came to pick it up. However, no refund is being processed and company has updated status in app, saying I have cancelled my return request. I received a SMS telling me this. I need my money back… I returned the product!!
