Problem no.1- I had generated an issue with a product that I returned with id FL[protected], I had returned the product but It was never reflected in the app . what am I supposed to do?I received many calls that my problem will be addressed and seems like you guys just forgot about it .I was asked the acknowledgement receipt but The delivery person never gave the acknowledgment receipt. And I had raised this complaint before also that this happened and never heard from them.
Problem no. 2-I had placed an order with ajio in november, the amount got transacted but the order wasnt placed, so I waited for some days for refund, which I havent received till now, I have written so many mails to them, they dont reply to it.
