I recently received a refund for my return order as Ajio wallet cash(22/07/2021), I was asked to send an email to the customer care to enable IMPS transfer to my Ajio account. After doing as said I was able to find the option to transfer wallet cash to my account. I entered my account details and initiated the transfer(24/07/2021). I waited 24 hours for the amount to reflect in my bank account, But could not find any. When enquired about this to customer care, they asked me to again send an email to enable IMPS as my account was not IMPS enabled. I have written over a dozen mails to them and all I got is no response every time. Kindly look into this issue.
