Ajio — Transfer wallet amount to My bank account

In March-21 month, AJIO blocked my shopping account. After that I mail them to unblock my account, but when didn’t unblock my account, I requested for transfer my wallet amount to my bank account. I mailed them many times, but they always give me next due date. Sometimes they told me by mail that please mail us from registered mail ID. I always mail with registered mail ID, I confirm all details with their customer care by calling toll free number many times. I also raised complaint for transfer wallet amount. Complaint No. COM[protected]. My total wallet amount is approx 6700rs. BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS :

AJIO’s mail response team and customer care team for calls both are different. Communication of both teams are negligible. On call they confirm all the details and asked me for mail them with details for bank transfer of amount, but when I mail them they didn’t respond properly or write me mail us with right mail ID.

I attached some screenshots of emails of refund for proof of registered mail ID. AJIO also send me mail on this mail ID, but when mailed for refund they said this is not my mail ID. Please Help me for refund my all wallet amount in my bank account.
