I have taken a fully furshied apartment with 2 AKAI led fitted in AGRA
I haven’t got the remote of any of the LED having same model no. kai/AKLT32-DE30CH.
So please help me in this case .
I have called many times on AKAI customer care toll free number i.e.[protected]
But they were unable solve my quiery or even not tried to help me.
Then I got a msg, that my complaint is registered having which contained a number [protected] .
I called them and requested them to help me but same answered I got that I need to call in toll free number of AKAI .
So please help in this case, what should I am supposed to do in this case .
Both of the parties that is AKAI toll free number and other complaint number are throwing the ball on other court .
AKAI being a such big brand, and these type of things are going around .
Please help, and I hope concerned persons will not allow to break our trust on such a big brand .
