I have added Rs. 5500 into my trading account on April 13, 2021 and amount got deducted from my bank, but not credited to my trading account. When I approached bank and UPI from where the transaction is done, they told amount has been credited to Aliceblue. I have sent a mail to Aliceblue regarding the same and I got a reply from them that transaction is “pending from bank”. Again, I have sent a mail to Aliceblue with attachment of proof regarding the transaction, but there is no response from them till now. Their customer care number is not working. Can anyone tell me what further can be done? May Aliceblue user ID is AB167788
