Dear sir/madam,
I am worried about my pending payment from aliens developers whoch is pending for 2 years now. I have done multiple followup via email, phone and in-person, but no result. Now they have started using covid-19 as an excuse and not returning my money.
We booked a flat in aliens tower 5 in aug 2017 with a payment of 5 lakhs and paid another 2 lakhs in dec 2017. We were told that the work will start in 9 october 2017. When we visited the site in january 2018, there was literally zero progress. When asked we were told that the work will start in february 2018 for sure. But it didn’t start till april 2018.
We discussed the issue with aliens team and decided to cancel the booking. Their coo kiran emadi personally came to my house and promised a swifft refund of the amount. We signed the cancelation agreement in may 2018 which mentioned refund of 7 lakhs in 3 installments between june 2018 to aug 2018. But there was no refund.
After several followups, we received first installment in dec 2018. Since then there is no sign of other payments. We have been following up via email and phone on a regular basis. But no results.
Please help us resolve the issue.
