I have paid a sum of RS.1500 [through SYNDICATE BANK/CANARA BANK DEBIT CARD ending with the card number ×××××3502 and ending with Bank account number ×××××3317} with regard to applying for INICET JAN 2021 EXAM which is to be held on November 2020.Transaction was done around 10:28 PM on 19th Octover 2020.Money has been deducted from my account and message has been sent by the bank that the transaction was successful. AIIMS website showed that the payment has not been completed so forsake of registration I paid through another method which got successful but I haven’t received refund for first payment yet and moreover it has been more than 3 months and even we contacted customer care many times he didn’t even responded and atlast he switched off his mobile, once call was connected he said money will be refunded within a month but it was never happened till now..we raised complaints many times but we didn’t get any response…Being a centralised institute we didn’t expect this much irresponsibility from your side atleast now response to your students
I hope atleast now u resolve this issue and see that my money get refunded as early as possible .The Card number through which I have done my payment is ******3317.
