This is after real struggle of quite a number of years or specific to last few days, my internet connectivity appears to be down intermittently.
At this moment, when I am writing this mail as well internet connectivity is not there. I am doing it through mobile internet.
I have opened a ticket in service desk around 45 minutes back, no body called so far.
Also I have tried couple of time dial toll free number, it’s not responding.
My local service provider already alerted me that for any issue, I need to contact alliance, not him.
Please let me in this situation where I am badly affected due to this connectivity, how should I co-operate with alliance to get better service.
My working time covered entire day almost, so any connectivity lost going to impact my deliverables.
When other service provider giving zero downtime here I am suffering to get basic connectivity.
Please let me know how do I serve you better to get a proper service.
