I had booked the flat in 2012 in opal block and yet to get my handover. It was promised in 2014 and getting dragged till now. The so called “relationship manager” – ruby appears to be the fresher and is least bothered about these concerns.
The monetary and mental stress that’s causing in these delays are joke to these builders. The so called “relationship manager” giggles everytime i ask on the status each saturday and gives sarcastic statement of pending with government officials for completion certificate since last april. Even over 100 mails enquiring on balance amount i am yet to receive the status.
Is this the way to respond when the client is desperate on hand over????
