I am rajagopal booked flat in alliance urbanrise million carats padur, initial advance payment of 50k done on march month 2019 for g 12a20-, due to some office situation unable to continue, i have informed the my cancel request on 31st may 2019 to dharmendra ([protected]) and sabari ([protected]), however i have received the mail from saravanan d saravanan. [protected]@urbanrise.in | deputy manager – crm | mobile:+91 [protected] shalini. [protected]@urbanrise.in – stating that final reminder – g 12a20 for booking, again i was replied the same mail about cancelation information and as per commitment made between the urbanrise and me in 120 days amount will be refunded back. Till now there is no response from those people, sending mail on mail, in phone discussion on chennai office executives with those people they said, “we will return back the money within one month because request is in under progress”. But there is no response, i was keep on following with helpdesk and sivaprasath ([protected]) and again he committed, will get the refund amount on or before 2nd week of december month but no luck, whenever calling to sivaprsath informed to me will get amount on friday, i have waited for more than 5 fridays no luck. Very worst customer service doesn’t rely on those people. I want get back my amount asap.
