My customer id for airtel digital tv is [protected] and have 3 connections.
1.[protected]-001 (Sd set top box)
2.[protected]-003 (Hd set top box)
3.[protected]-004 (Hd set top box).

I did an annual recharge of rs 9981 on 28th november 2018 and the break up for all the three connections were like below:
1.[protected]-001 (Sd set top box)-rs 3931 mega pack (All sd channels for 1 year)
2..[protected]-003 (Hd set top box)-rs 3025 mega hd (All sd+hd channels for 1 year)
3.[protected]-004 (Hd set top box)-rs 3025 mega hd (All sd+hd channels for 1 year)

Total — rs9981 (For 1 year)

So my pack was going to end on december 2019 as per terms and conditions.

However i was called on 2nd february 2019 by airtel digital tv csutomer care to change my annual pack as my original pack would cost me much more and hence all my balance may end up very soon rather than lasting till decemebr 2019. Hence i changed my pack for [protected]-001 and [protected]-004 on 2nd february by taking ala carte pack from channel 998 and sent the bar code to airtel.
Later when i read terms and conditions in trai site and found the faq no 11 like below:

“11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber
In advance?
In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription.
The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases. However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st february, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may
Be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st february, 2019.”

However after repeated complaints, phone calls and emails of the same to airtel, they are not listening to me and neither reverting original pack as per condition.

Now they have started to disconnect channels also.

I am completely harassed and clueless what to do in such humiliation by airtel.
