My airtel digital tv account id is [protected] in the name of yogesh kumar celly… As per the new guidelines of trai and as per the channels package offered by the said company, i opted for the channels package of 150 channels costing rd.699/- per month. As they ommited to include abp hindi news channel in my package, i requested them to include the same. Subsequently, vide their email dated (Copy attached), it was informed by them that the said channel has been activated in my account w. E. F 12/02/2019., but till date the needful has not been done. My repeated emails are not being responded by them.
