I have taken airtel digital tv on 3rd aug 2009, my customer id is [protected], my registered number 91-[protected], before pruchase of connection, you people promised me for one year’s warranty against any technical defect as well as free engineer visits for any technical problems till 1year, i was facing no signal problem. I request customer care to send your engineer to attend to it and rectify the defect. They commited that techinical person will not charges. But after (Techinical person santosh his number [protected]) vist he plug in and plug out the cable and using remote then run the tv, then techinical person charged rs 150 at neme fo flue charges. As well as misbehave with family person when we deny to pay charges. So i want to money back rs 150 as well as person must be ask apology form my family.
I think as a customer of the company i have the right to know the answer. For me now it’s not just a question of rs 150. Now it’s the question of ethics and policy of the company and stealing from my pocket. When we deny to pay visit charges, your techinical person misbehave with the family person. So my family paid rs 150, this is not first time, this is 2nd time occer, when i purchased cunnection, that time your techinical person also demanding 250 for visit charges, when i launch the complaine then techinical person visited.
Your brand identity is in serious trouble. I have had a very awefull and harrowing experience with airtel dth service, feel cheated and wish to discuss the matter with you. To my surprise, this is breach of trust and least expected from a company of bharti airtel‘s stature. I must say that your integrity and values are questionable.
