I have purchased new amaron battery on 31.10.2020 which is faulty. Today when I went to replace the battery the vendor informed me it takes around 10-15 days to replace the battery. I want to know whar quality of battery your company is providing? Is after sale service satisfactory? Whether ur customer will recommend ur brand on this kind of service and product. I request you to kindly provide me solution to above problem ASAP.
