My amaron inverter stopping working in May but waited until the lock down was lifted in my state. I logged service request via amaron customer care on 28 June and got an SMS from amaron stating that a technician has been assigned to service the request. I didn’t recieve any call from anyone amaron technician or representative till now. In between I called twice to amaron customer care to follow up on this. Everytime I had been informed that they are escalating my request and would be getting call soon. Still now no luck. May I know whether amaron has got post sale service or its just fooling the customer with false statements during purchase.
