I purchased a Amaron Pro Rider battery on 20/7/19 but on 19/12/20 it became dead. I went to the battery dealer for replacement.
He has taken the battery for replacement but neither receiving my calls not providing a replacement even after 6 days.
Dealer shop name – Sri bangalore top power center, jayanagara 9th block, bangalore 560069
I spoke to other dealer in Bangalore south and he told me that the battery sold to me was too old [2017 model sold in 2019] and so I cant replace it with any other dealer then the one who sold it to me.
1. Sri Bangalore dealer sold me a old battery which is illegal
2. Neither receiving the calls not replacing the battery.
