Today I have placed a call back request of Amazon’s customer support to inquire about delay in delivery of one of my order … I got a cal back from Amazon caller( +[protected] who’s name is Ms. Priyanshi during the interaction she talked in very arrogant manner instead of providing information and solution she had done 20mins of argument and tried to put me at fault regarding delay of delivery… finally I have asked her to provide details of escalation to share my experiences with her interaction… she replied that She will be providing a mail if to report… she didn’t provide me the mail I’d and made me to hold line for 5mins without any Response and finally she dropped my cal …Request you to take this up with concerns of Amazon India for needful actions
