I have ordered a Baltra rice cooker for which delivery was on 19 Jun, but the seller contacted and told that due to non availability of item he will send Prestige rice cooker on 24 Jun to which I agreed on phone. But from 24 Jun till date neither he responded nor delivered item. On subsequent calls to Amazon customer care from 24 Jun evening till date they just simply made promises and told that we will make it get delivered, which never happened. Today I found that they have cancelled order without any notice or valid reason and refunded the amount. Now my complaint is that at first why they accepted the order if item was not available, secondly when the seller promised substitute why he failed to deliver even substitute and thirdly why they kept me waiting with their fake and misleading promises. I just want them get punishment for their misleading and harassment to customers like me.
