I had ordered “Bestway 75056 Inflatable 5 in 1 Queen Size Multifunctional Sofa Cum Bed” on 8 june 2021 but got a remote operated toy car ( deformator remote car ) .
i told amazon customer care about it immediately but they completely refused to accept it citing that this type of mistake from our side is impossible, while i have complete unboxing video in and pics in which its clearly visible that i got a completely wrong and different product.
i have called amazon several times since then but they are completely refusing for it .
this has lost my believe in online shopping and Amazon .
please help otherwise i have to take help from some legal forums.

i hope some relief from shameless amazon india .
