I bought a Vinod Non Stick Kadai from Amazon in September’2020, it is under warranty and all the non stick coating is chipping off n the food is getting burnt. Amazon asked me to contact the seller. When contacted the seller they are saying to courier the product back to them and they will inspect.
Why should I self courier it when buying the product it is not mentioned on Amazon site that while replacement customer has to go to all the hassle.
Called Amazon again Abhijit Bhardwaj transferred the call to the supervisor and that guy heard the issue and kept me on mute for 10-15mins and he disconnected the call.
The other day Jnanesh (supervisor) had asked to call back if aeller cannot resolve the issue. When I called today no assistance provided by the customer service from Amazon.
Is this the kind of service we expect from Amazon.
No one is ready help me resolve my issue or return my money.
Kindly also raise a complaint against the seller.
