I have ordered 20 Kg. of dog food (Chappi) 2 pack on 19th April, total amount 3798/-. Which was supposed to deliver between 23-25th Apr. It was undelivered till 24th April morning and status showing “will deliver today”. Suddenly by afternoon, the status changed as “delivered on 23rd April”. Since I didnot received the pack, I immediately called Amazon customer care and they told they will do the needful and by Monday (26th Apr) I will surely get the pack. I didnot received the items, hence again chatted with customer care and specialist team on 26th Apr, they told will get it by 29th April, since not received by 29th Apr, again I chantted with customer care, they said will get by 30th April, if not refund will initiate by 1st MAy, since I didn’t receievd it till date, again I chat with customet care today (1st May), but they said will again wait for 2 more days.
I came to know that many dopg feeders has experiebced the same issue with this product particularly, as they update the status as “deliverd” but the item not been received by the customer.
Please help me to get back my money, I have raised the issue on Amazon help omn twitter, but there also not received any response.
