It’s very very disappointing that said matter is still pending.
Such type of helplessness and unsupportive approach from so called highly prestigious Amazon end would insist me to take up this matter in consumer court unwillingly.
Your immediate action and favourable response would be appreciated in resolving said issues without any more delays.
