1st Mail to amazon
I am RAHULL VAITY from Mumbai my amazon id is [protected]@yahoo.com, and my register mobile no is [protected]. i have purchased a product online through amazon.in e.i. Kent Glass electric Kettle, on Sep 2020 the product is in under warranty all of sudden the product got damaged and it stop workingas per the company policy we can get replacement of the product in case of cracked or damage so regarding the same i contact the kent and they send the technician when when he visits he has asked me the invoice and warranty slip so i had downloaded and provide him all the details when he has checked he has noticed there is two different model for the once product means on the actual product there is different model no and on the invoice copy there is different model no . printed. so the kent technician suggest me to call amazon.in customer care. i called the amazon.in customer care and the person told me to get service denial letter from Kent and i have been
keep contacting to KENT and Amazon from last two months but there is no proper responds from both the company’s. kindly find the attached copy of Invoice and warranty slip below in this mail .

Thanks for the reply for my mail just wanted to inform you that i had
already contacted to your customer care service executive regarding
my issue Kindly read the conversation once now i also send you the PDF
file of last conversation done with your colleague over the phone
and she has sent me mail at the same time and request me to send Warranty and invoice slip. in my last conversation to you i had sent you PDF files hope guys have check if not then here am attaching the mail screen shot of suggestion of your amazon customer service executives. also the warranty and invoice slip. total 4 PDF files.please find the attached copy of PDF below in this mail.
3rd Mail to amazon
How are you all? I think the time has come to take legal action on amazon.in my product is keep watching my face in cracked condition there is no resolution this is the twice the delivery persons are not taking back my cracked kettle they said its damage you have to call amazon customer care so today i called 1:30 p.m. and i spoke to the customer executive name is YASH he’s like refusing even not ready to share hes last name or employ id no. i tried to make him understand that the request generated for the RETURN it not from my side so please contact or discuss with your senior authority regarding this complaint or product. but hes not ready listening to me. now you guys are tell me what to do with this product should i register the complaint with consumer forum or share the video which i had clicked that delivery person who had
visited to pick up. coz i dont have any option now.
