I ordered “Crucial P5 1TB 3D NAND NVMe Internal SSD” Via Amazon In 7th april 2021 for my sister’s office laptop, But it does not fit on that laptop, I applied for a return as soon as I found out it did not fit but I was only able to replace it. So i ordered the replacement.
The replacement was delivered on 10 April 2021, I applied for the return, but I did not open the parcel, the next morning (April 11) amazon executive arrived, I submitted the parcel unopened, Amazon executive said “We can not take the product unopened, So I open the parcel and then I pick up the parcel” he said.
I said “Okay, please open the parcel and you take the product”. He opened the parcel and clearly checked and then picked it up.
He clearly checked the product and only picked up the product after scanning the product serial number, and then amazon seller said why did we use it?
We did not use the product, it was a huge amount for us, it was ordered by my sister company, and if the money is not refunded we will not be able to get the salary for this month.
I am an Amazon Prime member, I do not know where the fault is, please take the complaint and get a refund. Please Check and let us know.
