The product was delivered on July 11th but the installation has not been done till date. Called the customer care on July 17th and they say it’s not possible to cancel now even though the installation should have been done by July 13th. They asked me to wait for another 72 hours from July 17th. I was told even if the installation is not done as promised by them in that 72 hour period, they can’t guarantee a return. HOW CONVENIENT FOR THEM?
They don’t care about the customer. They and the buyer have made their money and they give a damn about the customer.
DON’T BUY ANY ITEM THAT CAN’T BE RETURNED ON AMAZON. YOU WILL BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE EVEN IF THE MISTAKE IS THEIRS.
