I have ordered “Jatak Parijat two volumes” through Amazon and It is shown as delivered on 21st April 2021 and actually it has not been delivered till date. I have taken help of customer service to rectify the error and asked them either to get it delivered or show it as undelivered. I have discussed the matter second time with senior executive and he assured me to resolve the issue by 11th May 2021 but there is no change. Worse to that my one more order is shown as delivered on 07 May 2021 when it has not been delivered till date.
