I have been using Amazon for the last ten years and didn’t have any difficulty in login or placing order. But since 15th July I am unable to login. I tried several times with given mail id and password. They have sent otp but didn’t receive any otp on mobile or email. But after reaching home I tried on my I pad and it asked to change the password so accordingly ai have done. Luckily it works on my I pad. But in my office when I was trying to login on my laptop it says failed . I have tried several times entering the password and captcha. But didn’t work I have not received any otp on registered mobile or email. How to login. Your Customercare no don’t work and are out of order.Is this login limited only to I pad at home.
It is disgusting. If this continues I think I better switch to some other online shopping site
