This is regarding my order of Asus Zenbook Flip S laptop from Amazon India that I ordered and cancelled on 25 June for personal reason.
The refund for the same was expected to be credited in my Credit Card by 1 July, however, I didn’t receive the same.
So I contacted customer service multiple times and thry escalated this to the “MAXIMUM POSSIBLE LEVEL” as per their matrix but still I am waiting for the same.
It’s been a month and I’m still awaiting the refund due to which I’m unable to utilize my very own credit card.
I’m tired of calling customer service over and over and listening to wait endlessly (even they don’t know when this will get resolved).
Request you to please look into this matter.
