I would like to bring the situation I am facing to light. I ordered 3 metal targets from Amazon. I did not receive them but a single bunch of target paper worth 165. My order was worth more than 10, 000 inr. Upon contacting Amazon I was put under investigation. After 48 hours I was told that my money would be refunded. I did not want a refund but my products. Amazon was not able to help me there. I contacted the seller and even though kolkata was under lockdown they managed to get me my products. They sent out a national level shooter to the address where my product was sent. Something Amazon should have done. I only received two of my items though. Upon contacting the seller regarding this they sent me my replacement from Gaziabad in 24 hours. On Friday I decided to write a review of my experience. Yesterday I found out that my review was not allowed as it violated some guidelines. I was shocked and appaled. They allow cuss words to be used on their site. I can upload an example. I am also uploading a transcript of my review sent to me via Amazon. You be the judge. It has been more than 24 hours now and I am not allowed my comment yet.
