I purchased a dashcam worth 9499 from amazon on 25/Jun/2021. I received a set of water colors worth 900Rs for this order on 28/jun/2021, with an invoice of someone else. I chose to return the product and selected the option “wrong item sent” and opted for a replacement. The replacement item came, but the delivery agent refused to accept the return package claiming that what I have is not dashcam and he is supposed to take dashcam from me. I am chancing this case with amazon ever since. I raised already 4 complaints with amazon and all 4 pickup request failed citing the same reason as the first one. Everytime i call amazon they say this time it will be done. They are not refunding my money either.
