I am Ashiq from Amazon Leadership Team. I’m writing to follow up on the telephonic conversation we had on Amazon.in.
I’m sorry that the pickup of the damaged item you have received has not been completed yet.
I have created a new pick up for tomorrow. I see that Amazon Transportation Services is the courier assigned to pick up the package. I’ve forwarded a request to the transportation team to complete the pickup as soon as possible.
In case if the pick up is not done tomorrow, You can expect the pickup to be completed in the next 24 to 72 hours.
As this issue got escalated to me, I’ve got in touch with the concerned team immediately and asked them to prioritize this escalation. Kindly consider this email as a confirmation that we are working on this issue and we would resolve it at the earliest.
Additionally to ensure that the issue gets closed, i will follow the issue closely and get back to you as per update on Friday 18th June 2021. Please wait for my call.
