I cancelled my prepaid order (id[protected]) on 25 June normally it takes 3-5 days but when my refund did not completed even after 10 days I contacted Amazon customer care and he assured that it will take less than 3days to generate reference number but i did not get and after that I called them two more times but they always keep announcing future dates and my problem is not solving.
Bank will not even listen to me in the absence of reference number, I want the reference number so I can contact with bank for my amount, help in getting me the reference number
