I ordered a one plus nord CE 5G – charcoal ink (8gb ram) Mobile Phone Order Number is #[protected] via Amazon India, I was supposed to receive this product on[protected]. Finally delivery was done today after a week, though I am an amazon prime member and found that Amazon India promised one day and priority customer service failed and disappointed in that too, yet I paid the full amount of 24, 999 (Inclusive GST) failed to deliver.
After they delivered, Mobile touch was not working for the first time hands on use from unboxing got handed( Proof attached). After, I called customer care reported this issue and they did not solve this issue, which they accepted but when it came to pick up they kept rescheduling their pickup and denied any refund as per my request. I asked them if I do not get this product on time then it is of no use or not worth it to me because I want to give to my dad who is going to travel on 5th July 2021 someone special to me. This was ordered as a gift for my parents but it’s a huge disappointment due to Amazon or seller carelessness, I can not fully fill it I thought.

Though I could cancel this Item, how will I get the same product locally in a short time period therefore I did not cancel. Amazon showed no sympathy for human emotion and behaved unethically. I Attached the apology letter received from the Amazon India Customer care representative in that he accepted their mistake.

I don’t know how amazon sellers process products like this without QC and deliver a defective product, Even from the mistake of someone else I am the one going to suffer even if I paid this much amount.

Tell me where is the fault of the customer, the money can get refunded, that’s fine, but i can’t take this mobile, due to your foolish policy for technician visit and I can’t wait for another 2days and So, I need a proper justification from amazon to clear my issue. Either I need a return or replacement by tomorrow at any cost. Anyhow I am going to file a complaint if at all not amazon does not help with this scenario.

Even After that as well I complained to customer care more than 20 times and spoke for more than an hour but orders could not be picked up on time or no solution was provided. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India as my whole amount has been gone and I don’t have a product to use in hand for the same even after i spent this much.

Solution – Need Return or replacement for this product to be done by 4th July maximum date. Take this as an important case and think from a customer point of view and clear this issue as per my preference.
