This is with regard to above order no which was purchased on 26th of June however owing to some size issue have placed request for return.Have almost placed request for 6th time since the day product has delivered to me, and your pick up person also visited everytime but refused to accept since non availability of price tag. Have spoken with your customer care executive and already raised this issue many times however none of them failed to address the issue appropriately.I just got the assurance only and nothing else.Have been associate with you for long time and surprised to see the amount of service being provided by you now a days where customer not getting any importantance.some I feel your customer care people’s are not competent enough to handle the issue since this is one of the small request which require only proper coordination and nothing else. I must say you have wasted so much of valuable time of me in last 2 weeks.
Have lost my patience now and not in a position to take this forward anymore.want you to please look at the issue on priority and process my refund in a day time.if you are not picking up the product because of your internal problem then it’s your issue and you don’t have the rights to hold the customer funds for long time.
Request you to please process the refund and confirm back by tomorrow.
