M/s Amazon has changed the courier service to ECOM vide No. 590556 and the irresponsible courier representive has not delivered the parcel. During end of April I had a talk with your customer executive and he confirmed that the item is received back in your stores, and he had agreed to send it back to me. Since I have not received the parcel I again contacted Mr. Vishal today and he expressed his inability to send the parcel due to expired the time limit. I requested him to connect the Manager . After more than 45 Minutes waited in the telephone line I could talk the Manager and she is also said the same reason. Hence I have no other alternative other than submitting a complaint. I never expected such a reply from an International company like Amazon. Please note that I do not want the item or the compensation amount . But an enquiry may be conducted and the responsible persons may be identified and suitably punished.
