I have ordered Samsung 551 Litres 3 Star Frost Free Inverter Double Door Refrigerator on 23 june 2021.
scheduled delivery was on 30-june-3021.i was expecting this on scheduled date but did not delivered and was not able to track status also.
i started contacting amazon customer service after 30th jun 2021regarding it.After contacting many times via call and chat, amazon help
team told me that product is in shipping stage and you will get update in 2 buisness day.every after 2 day i used to contact amazon help team
and i get update that you will get update soon regarding shipment details but i did not get any updated regarding it.
i have purchase it using credit card and i am paying interest without having product.
amazon help team are so much liars that i have lost trust to amzon now.
Looks like amazon is not interested to ressolve problem but interested in increasing financial loss problem to customer.
