I am Swarupa Deb, on 17th of July 2021 from my amazon prime account, I had attempted to buy a Redmi 10S mobile phone for 14999/-, however upon payment my order became pending and finally order got cancelled. During all this process 14999/- was deducted from my husband, Aniket Nandan’s SBI account through net-banking mode. I had repeatedly called the customer care at amazon and they told me that money has not been received by the merchant and to contact my bank.
Upon contacting my bank, I filed a complaint with the bank and they responded stating that “As confirmed with the merchant, transaction IGALNVXVR4 has been successful and settled on 17-July -2021. For more details kindly contact your merchant”.
In SBI account‘s transaction history too, the bank has clearly mentioned that the transaction took place. Find the copy of transaction history attached.
This has become a serious issue and I am feeling harassed due to the responses received form amazon customer care. Thus I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a concrete resolution, since it appears that money is somewhere stuck and is not being released back.
I wish to be refunded as 14999/- is a substantial amount.
