On 13 June 2021 I ordered two tops from harpa brand from Amazon order no[protected], I got the delivery only one product was correct maroon one was entirely different style, so I asked for exchange, next day they picked up wrong item, and almost shut down after contacting customer care and mails I got the delivery of my original product that too in xtra small size though I ordered large size, it seems they did it purposely because they wanted to sell only one item on discounted price, now second time I can’t exchange though the mistake is from their side, they are offering me to return the amount, it’s not the question of money it’s mental harassment of the customer who trust them, i am sooo disappointed in Amazon and their policies, I atteching pictures of both orders,
