I orders an watch watch extend from Amazon on 7 July 2021
And it was supposed to be delivered in 10th July 2021
But I received an empty box
Then I raised Complain to Amazon customer care
After that they said we will help you and start a investigation
After few days
They sent me an email
From Amazon.in
Saying that we heard your complain and processed you refund with refund reference number = #[protected]
But when I contacted my bank about that
They said their is no money from Amazon
Then I again asked to Amazon that is that email
They said sir this was just by Mistake
I mean seriously Amazon is sending an email about solving issue and refunding by mistake
They are trying to fool me with fake email full of lies and untrue words
And then when I said if that was your mistake
Then when will I get my solution
They said sir you will get your solution in 2-3 days
I said ok I will wait
But Today when I contacted them
They totally denied to any help
No refund
No replacement
They totally denied to help and spoke very rudely

She was so disrespectful and rude
She hurted my self respect and spoke very rudely and disconnected the call without solving my issue with rude tone
Now I want help
I earned money so hardly to buy that watch
And what I got is empty box, rude customer service, time waste
And they ended up denying to help with very rude behaviour
I am broken
I lost my all money and customer service was very rude
I need help please
I need my money back
That was my only saving to buy that smart watch
Please help me
