On 19.06.2021 I have received lenovo LCD monitor (Image-2-6) instead of ordered lenovo LED monitor(Image1). I have reported on same day on Amazon customer care that received item is Lenovo LCD monitor(Image2 to 6). Amazon has verified on line with seller and confirmed to return item and money will be refunded. Return pick up was schedule on 25.06.2021. Nobody came for return pickup. We have called return pickup person in evening they inform that they are not going for return pickup.
Again return pick up reschedule daily from 05.07.2021 to 12.07.2021. Almost all these days (7-8 time pick up reschedule arranged and hour talk to CC) are talking to Amazon customer care. Only on 09.07.2021, once laymen person came for pickup and denied to take back. When we asked, why so, then inform that he has sent image to main office they simply denied to take may be large size.
On 12.07.2021 talk to CC for long time(we have audio recording file for 140 minute unable to upload due to size). They mail as self return the product to the seller address. When I have asked to confirm seller address and courier charges then they canceled the self delivery by saying multiple other reasons. Again pick up schedule on 15.07.2021.
Last 24 hays harassment created by Amazon. Still item is not return picked up and no confirmation made when they will refund the money. We should get refund at the earliest and compensatory amount for handing issue/harassment for such long time.
