My name is Ashok Kumar Mishra and I had ordered Redmi Note 10 of RS.14499(ordered twice and cancelled twice ) in Amazon on (20th June 2021) and cancelled on the same day. And on 25th June 2021 the refund was to get credited in my source account of Indian Overseas Bank.
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn’t get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
30005411721171143457891 and 30005411721171094652136 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Overseas Bank doesn’t have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it’s very urgent.
