On 13th may 2021, i had ordered TULSI DRY FIG, WAYAND FOREST HONEY and MORE CHOICE PISTA amounting Rs.1403. I got delivered MORE CHOICE PISTA first of rs. 579. Later I cancelled my other two orders which were yet to be delivered due to some reason, that was for rs.824. On 22nd may, i got mail from amazon regarding my refund being successfully processed.
Till now, Amount is not reflecting in my bank account.
I contacted amazon customer care and they provided me a reference no.,
REFUND REFERENCE #[protected]
and I was told to contact bank customer care, and bank customer care denied about having any information about this issue.
I am attaching the mail I got from Amazon regarding refund and the
invoice of delivered product.
