I ordered (Order no[protected])5 tables (Klaxon Scarlet Engineered Wood Study Table, Laptop, Computer Table Desk for Home & Office (Asian Walnut)
on 15th July but I got these tables without an assembly kit so I got replacement for these tables on 21st July after calling Amazon customer care. However, in this replacement I got 1 table fully damaged (2 parts broken from the same length/lines). I called so many times to amazon customer care in return and all the fake promises got from their end. amazon pickup agent cancelled pickup thrice saying that there was no direct verification from customer service so raise it again by calling customer care. I have done it so many times but no help so far. I am struggling to get my refund. I have uploaded all the damaged product pictures live while talking to customer service agents.
I would like to bring to your attention that on 1st Aug.2021 my pickup was scheduled for the third time and I got a call from your pickup agent for the same. It was Sunday and the office was closed. I was at some other place and drove 20kms to the office just to provide the product to amazon pickup agent. However, again the same thing happened, the amazon agent refused to pick it up saying the same lines that direct verification was not there so could not take it. I wasted my money and time, it was raining heavily and I did rush driving just to save amazon agent’s time but nothing happened.
I was really frustrated that day, same time, I called amazon customer care and wasted 37 mins describing everything again but again no help.
Other day I drove 5 kms to the office just to click the damaged product as the amazon agent asked me to do it while she was on the call. I did that too. I sent a note to the amazon leadership team and requested to listen to these call recordings to understand my situation however, no response from that too.
It’s mental harassment, and torture from amazon agents. I need my refund and compensation for this mental harassment. Please help me with this.
