I Have ordered for an item on 3 july and expected was marked as 24 Jul, 2021 – 28 Jul, 2021. Suddenly on 19th july it has been marked as delivered. When I inquire, the customer service said, there is some issue with Ghati service. Again after some days, when I called they asked me to raise a complaint. And it has been rejected without proper investigation on delivery. I have not received an item on time nor the refund
